Rady Rankings Up from Last Year
The Rady School of Management at UC San Diego received a boost in recent rankings of full-time MBA programs in the United States from Poet & Quants as well as appeared for the first time in Bloomberg Businessweek’s rankings. Highlights of Rady School’s rankings include:
- 1st in Intellectual Capital – Bloomberg Businessweek
- 51st overall – Bloomberg Businessweek
- 1st in San Diego – Poet & Quants
- 57th overall (up 10 spots from 67th in 2013) – Poet & Quants
The Rady School community is particularly proud of its #1 ranking in Intellectual Capital (a quality measure of faculty research) given that Rady School was established only a decade ago. Rady School Dean Robert S. Sullivan stated in a recent press release:
“The Businessweek ranking demonstrates the monumental strides that the Rady School has made on the national stage in the 11 years since its inception.” It is an acknowledgment by students of the quality academics and career development, as well as recognition by recruiters of being a top MBA program. Additionally, the school’s first place ranking in intellectual capital is a direct consequence of the Rady School’s successes in recruiting world class faculty.”
The Rady School hopes to continue its positive trend in official rankings by continuing to expand its integral effort to develop entrepreneurial leaders through innovation, collaboration, and knowledge.

Rady Alums Give Back for Giving Tuesday
All day Rady School alumni are making gifts to Rady student fellowships in celebration of the worldwide movement known as Giving Tuesday. Rady School hopes to raise a goal of at least $5,000 by the end of the day to go towards providing a Rady School education to students who otherwise could not attend.
